PURCHASED FROM A STOCKIST

If you have purchased Syrene Skincare products from one of our authorized stockists, we kindly request that you initiate the return process directly with them along with your proof of purchase. It is important to note that we can only accept returns for items purchased through our official website, www.syreneskincare.com. If you made your purchase from a retail partner or another third-party seller, we advise you to contact them directly to inquire about their specific return policy and process.

Purchased the incorrect product: If you have mistakenly ordered an unused and unopened product and wish to return it, kindly reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

It is important to note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from syreneskincare.com, as we maintain transaction records.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for opened or used products. To initiate the return process for the unused and unopened incorrect product, please send an email to info@syreneskincare.co.nz. Our team will assist you by providing a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back to us. We recommend ensuring that the return is well packaged and suggest using a tracked method for delivery. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any lost return packages. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Returns on opened and used products: Prior to making a purchase, we encourage customers to make their product selections thoughtfully, as we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. We are committed to assisting you with any product-related inquiries to ensure your satisfaction. Missing or damaged products: In the event that your product arrives damaged, we kindly request you to reach out to us at info@syreneskincare.co.nz. Please attach a photograph of the damage along with your message. Our dedicated team will carefully assess the extent of the damage and promptly provide appropriate resolution options. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will offer either compensation or a replacement for the affected product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution to any damage-related concerns you may have.

Online Refunds: After we receive your returned product in adherence to our ‘Returns’ or ‘Missing or Damaged Product’ policies, we will proceed with processing your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original credit card that was used for the payment, and you will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund transaction. It’s important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
